A relatively old film from 2008, which I am certain I have seen on local television before,features Keanu Reeves and portrays corruption within American police forces. 

 Reeves stars as Tom Ludlow, a "good guy" who navigates difficult situations and, if necessary, kills for the greater good. After his closest friend is killed by a gang, Ludlow is determined to unveil and kill the responsible parties. However, things are not as straightforward as they seem, and Ludlow ultimately discovers the truth behind these criminal organizations.

Good movie with over 80% of the story containing action and high pace , coupled with emotionally profound scenes, elevating the movie to a multidimensional level. It also portrays an escalated level of violence within the police force, authentically portraying their roles. Unlimited action scenes with an abundance of ketchup and gunshots. Forest Whitaker delivers a commendable performance as the perverted and corrupt boss, who is ultimately unmasked.

A worthwhile watch, receiving a rating of 7/10, exceeding typical action movies.
