What men want
Beck to the Netflix movies and this is my first film seen in August that is certainly based on the well-known Mel Gibson story of the early 2ks.
To put it lightly, the story is very crazy from start to finish, with some good exceptions towards the end of the film. The actress is also over-acting for most of the film, before and after the sudden charisma of hearing the men's inner voices or just thoughts. The shaman is even more hilarious, Erikah is the strangest character in the story, this charisma just happened as a side effect rather than something expected. I preferred to listen to it myself with headphones in stereo rather than share it. I was sure she would not like it.
Lots of humour, good and absurd, with sexist and anti-feminine plus some fake adultery make the film rated R16 In many cases the humour is more than hilarious, the inner thoughts of these mates are even more hilarious, I laughed many times However, the whole story loosely follows the original story and can't be compared to Mel Gibson's dramatic story. Gibson has made a masterpiece.
Not a rom com for sure 5/10
I m now waiting to see something as ‘what man and women think; using a more neutral’s point of view ….
