Rapiniamo Mussolini or stealing Duce

At least it is a watchable and interesting historical fiction story although fake! This is a vast improvement over the previously watched film, Hard Feelings.
While lacking in humor, the movie showcases the relatively crazy and funny Italian temperament. The opening titles include some nods to classic Italian spaghetti westerns and even some Tarantino movies.
Despite these elements, the movie is ultimately an action thriller with some intriguing plot twists. In brief, the title clearly reflects the plot. An amateur "pro" affiliated with the resistance attempts to gather some old friends together with his girlfriend, who happens to be the secretary of a violent high-ranking Mussolini general. Their goal is to steal various treasures collected by Duce from the Italian public to purchase artillery for the army. Knowing his end is near, Duce plans to gather all his treasure and flee to Switzerland. Will the group of extremists succeed in their mission?
It is a war-themed movie with a straightforward plot and minimal twists, which increase towards the end of the film. There are sporadic instances of background humor, fast-paced scenes, and minimal comedic relief. Tomasso's performance as Pietro (the main actor) is particularly noteworthy, as is the role of Isabella Fogliaza, who shines as the wife of the aforementioned general, despite having a minor part.
