1pg Repost : Jojo rabbit review
Jojo rabbit (in theater )
The
title is surely misleading as someone can immediately think of a children
carton movie featuring on a rabbit as main actor . The reality is totally
different. The movie features a young boy of around 10 years of age who is hard
core fan of Hitler having him as virtual friend who teaches and manages his
life. Suddenly he gets into a very difficult situation that maes him
change totally his life and way of thinking…
This
movie has many receptors: Not only the nazis, but also the bad things of the
war , the nearly similar way communists used in the next period of the time ,
if today there are still do very hard cored communists ,
In
the other part of the discussion you can see a very funny Hitler a very
funny story context that made me laugh for the whole movie and a strong
bitterness of al the story showing a child trying to learn the secrets of thw
war that fortunately he was unable to do I seen alsoa short scene of his young
friend from the war school carrying a bombing system that jittered a bomb that
bombed a nearby building…
A
quite normalized tragic and funny movie inside the war in Germany of 40s .
The
bad of the question is that the movie was rated as U in our multiplex so
permitting children to watch it. We watched it with our daughter and a mate of
her aged 11 . In imdb.com the movie was noted as R13 though
from what I saw cold rate it even higher (R15 at least ). The funny of it
is that the mate was already knowing such cases from her family as dead people
hung by rope (in a hidden way ), twisting a rabbit (a bit hidden scene )
and some more…
4/5
