Hunger [+Flame] A yummy movie!

Another impressive movie that  rocks well after  the weeks hit Miracles from Heaven a surely exportable movie from Thaland after the a bit dystopian and futuristic "AI love you" nut more 'real' and down to earth  

At first i m  impressed that this rather  awful  girl in the movie - the main actor Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying  (very long name!) is also a model.. I know a few singers and actors from Thailand as Mai Charoenpura (rocker and  model ) Nantida (singer only?)and the male singer of  MiIkhor all of 80s what  least seem nicer looking

The story has some "shallow" (not deep)  similarities with a old and Greek hit movie called he brightest star a girl leaving her fathers work as fish seller and involved in singing and gradually becoming hit singer but finally returning  back to the her fathers job after a love wound.

This si yummy story reminding MasterChef methods for a girl who started  making street food in her fathers restaurant ,wanting to get something better in her life and working at first ina the most difficult tight but quite moody and right chef in  the country, gets soon another opportunity to do food of high Michelin level on 'her' restaurant an watching some of th richest people in the country eating as like ... animals!  (my pick from the movie )  Ther are some major points not disclosed here. Judt watch the movie! Its in netflix

The movie is generally slow paced in the start - as like life-  but on the end is goes faster with eve increasing interest. I loved the very smart dialogues  and the nice quotes. Interesting this movie has also gives some political  messages and a sad sub-story 

Verdict 8/10:  I recommend this movie to anyone Worth watching and food for thought if you go 'under the text'
